How quickly can freight rework be finished?
Most restacks and rework jobs are completed within hours of dock-in. Because crews and equipment are on shift 24/7, work begins the moment your trailer backs into the bay — the majority of loads release the same day they arrive.
Do you accept port-rejected containers?
Yes — this is one of our core services. We receive containers rejected at Port Newark, Elizabeth Marine Terminal and Global Container Terminal, correct the compliance issue on our floor, document the fix, and release the container back into rotation.
Is the warehouse really active 24/7?
We're a 24/7 emergency operation — call any hour, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a dock supervisor answers, not an answering service. Standard receiving and shipping run during normal daytime hours; after-hours and overnight jobs are activated on call and billed at an after-hours rate. Either way, the phone gets answered and the door gets staffed — ask about after-hours pricing when you call.
Is there an after-hours fee?
Yes. Work performed outside standard receiving and shipping hours carries an after-hours activation fee on top of the job cost — this is what makes true overnight and holiday response possible. Call for current after-hours pricing before you dispatch, so there are no surprises.
Can overweight loads be corrected?
Absolutely. We offload, redistribute weight across axles, re-scale and release — typically within hours. If freight needs to come off entirely, we can transload the excess to a second truck or hold it in secure short-term staging.
Do I need an appointment?
